This year’s Annual Meeting, Chili Cook-Off and Camporee is taking place Saturday, October 5. 

Right up front, we start with our annual business meeting at 3 p.m. The current board will give its update, listen to your input, take your votes and we will set our eyes on all that is to come in 2025 for your club. On the back end, the Annual Northcrest Club Chili Cook-Off gears up with a 4 p.m. happy hour open to all neighbors. Members are invited to spend the night in the back 40, under the stars.

So, business in the front, party in the back. That's The Northcrest Club Chili Coocoff and Camporee.

The chili cookoff this year features club members vying for their shot at becoming Northcrest’s next bi-hundredaire ($200 off a 2025 membership). Try delicious chili as well as ample sides provided by the club. Get your tickets ahead of time and join us for happy hour at 4 p.m. on October 5. After official judging takes place, food will be served at 5 p.m. Ticket holders will also have an opportunity to cast their vote for the community choice award.

This event is open to all members, their guests and anyone in the local community.

Judging will take place during the 4-5 p.m. happy hour and winners announced in the 5-6 p.m. hour. Tickets are $15 for all adults (guests welcome) and $8 for children 12 and under. Kids 4 and under are free.

“Volunteer” ticket holders are expected to check in at 4 p.m. to lend a hand.
