Party and Pavilion Reservations

Members can rent the Pavilion and/or the Pool and bring up to 25 guests.
- Private parties may be booked by members only
- A volunteer board member will follow up to finalize
- Rentals are not available on event days (please check our calendar) or during peak hours.
Guidelines
If a member brings more than 10 guests to the pool, it is considered a party and must have a paid reservation Pool parties are limited to 25 people.
Reservations for the pool should be made 14 days in advance of the date. The pool management company charges an additional $50 if a request comes to them less than 7 days before the event.
A volunteer coordinator will assess your request and, if the pool has been requested, arrange required lifeguards after the rental fee has been received.
Reservation fees must be paid at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be submitted 72 hours prior to the event for a partial refund (minus $35 charged by the pool management company and minus credit card processing fees).
Pavilion Plus Pool Access reservations include the reservation of both interior (by wading pool) and outdoor picnic areas.
No tape, staples or nails should be used to hang decorations. Plan on tying all decor with string or ties. All decorations should be removed at end of event.
All facilities remain open and accessible to other members. Events must not block or restrict access to pools Parties are for up to 4 hours.
Parties at the Pavilion only are limited to 20 guests.
Inflatables (bounce houses) and some other types rentals are not allowed. Please contact us for approval for any type of rental you are considering.
Members are asked to clean up after their event or will be assessed a cleaning fee of $50. Any filled trash bags or large items (like pizza boxes) should be carried to dumpster.
We reserve the right to inform all Northcrest Swim and Tennis Club members of large parties one week in advance, as a courtesy.

Lifeguard Fees
An additional lifeguard is required for pool parties. Based on the time and size of the party you reserve, this is how we request and schedule the extra guard(s). These fees are calculated when you make your reservation below. Pool parties are still subject to the 15 min guard break at each quarter to the hour.
Pool Parties cannot be scheduled for Friday or Saturday evenings.
