The Northcrest Swim and Tennis Club has always been and remains a private entity because as members, you are part owner. But the reason our club continues to add both entertainment and investment value to the Northcrest neighborhood is thanks to volunteers who agree to take on yearlong responsibilities. Board members give up their nights and weekends keeping up with the pool business while others lend their professional services and skilled talents. But all board members share a passion for their neighborhood and a desire to make living in Northcrest a unique and worthwhile experience.

PRESIDENT:  Melanie Geronimos
The Club president oversees all Swim and Tennis Club operations to ensure we are maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment and meeting member expectations.  The president also ensures we are looking for and pursuing opportunities to improve the membership experience.

CO-VICE PRESIDENTS:  Shrestha Taylor and James Fowler
The Vice President supports the president in overseeing all Club operations with an emphasis on redundancy (acting President when the President is absent or unable to serve) and succession planning.  The Vice President often takes the role of the President after the current President's term ends. 

TREASURER:  Benjamin Marshall
The treasurer keeps accounts of The Club, collecting its revenue and paying its expenses.  The Treasurer prepares financial statements comprised of balance sheets and income statements for review monthly with the board to ensure proper financial stewardship of the Club. 

SECRETARY: Sara Reiss-Crosby
The secretary keeps the minutes of all meetings and keeps an up-to-date copy of the rules, policies, and regulations of The Club, and is the custodian of the official documents of The Club. 

MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMAN:  Julie Fowler
The Membership Chairman keeps an up-to-date list of the membership, solicits applications from prospective members, and creates/mails annual invoices.

CO-POOL COORDINATORS: Matt Carter and David Boone
The Pool Coordinators oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the pool area and the managing, hiring, and scheduling of lifeguards.

CO-MAINTENANCE COORDINATORS: Wally Brunton and Scott Davidson
Coordinates maintenance needs and activities outside the pool area and grounds area.

SUPPLY MANAGEMENT COORDINATORS: Wayne and Gina Hudgins
The supply management coordinators are responsible for maintaining supplies and refreshments. They also proactively order supplies for events and our Tiki Hut.

CO-SOCIAL CHAIRS: Izaura Garrison and Nicole Brunton
The Social Chairs oversees and coordinates the social activities of The Club and the use of the pool, pavilion, or grounds for parties and events.

COMMUNICATION CHAIRMAN/TECHNOLOGY & WEBSITE:  Will Lozier
The Communications Chairman oversees and coordinates all Club communications to ensure members are informed.  This includes the creation and dissemination of information via the Club website, Facebook page, newsletter, and others as deemed appropriate.

The Technology Chairman(not an official board position) oversees the Northcrest Swim and Tennis Club Website and other “behind the scene stuff” that automates some of the Board’s tasks.

TENNIS COORDINATOR:  William Garrison
The Tennis Coordinator oversees all activities involving the use of the tennis courts.  This position serves as a liaison between members and any Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association Team (ALTA) and/or United States Tennis Association (USTA) Team that may use the facilities.  

MEMBER AT LARGE/VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Julie Fowler
The Member at Large./Volunteer Coordinator serves as a liaison to the general membership and is our key contact for Volunteers. Duties may change as defined in organization bylaws or as needed to fulfill board requirements and address overall organizational goals.

CO-GROUNDS COORDINATORS:  Paul Curry and RaShun Harris
The Grounds Coordinator oversees and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance of the Club grounds. The Grounds Coordinator is not a board member.
