Get ready to throw your hat in the ring and be judged by your peers at the Usually Annual NorthCrest Chili Cookoff!

RULES:
We're having fun. Please keep that in mind and prepare accordingly. It's not Iron Chef.

Members ONLY may apply as contestants.

Prepare and heat AT HOME, at least two gallons of chili.

There are limited electric hookups available and contestants will not be permitted to pull the kind of power needed to "prepare" their chili from scratch on site. However, you will be provided with an electrical outlet where you can keep your chili warm. CrockPots on low please.

Remember this is a chili competition, not a stew, chowder or a soup competition. Try to stay in the "chili" category please.

Please bring any fixings specific to your chili. The club will supply desert and beverages, but if you want a specific side to accompany your chili, bring it.

Club will supply utensils and bowls.

Contestants must be ready with their chili no later than 4:45.
