MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Club memberships are available in three household varieties — Single, Double and Family—corresponding with the total number of eligible members living in a household (1, 2, or 3 or more respectively). Children 3 or older as of April 1st count towards a household membership. Memberships are accepted from residents in both Northcrest and all surrounding areas.
Courts & Social memberships are available in single or family varieties, to those interested in racquet court and grounds access, as well as non-swimming social events at member pricing.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT FEES
A maintenance fee of $100 will be applied to all memberships. This fee is refundable upon request after three hours (total) of volunteer service have been logged for individuals within that membership and will be paid during one of two refund dates in June or October. Multiple opportunities to contribute volunteer hours are offered throughout the season for those of any skill or ability level. Events are not considered volunteer hours (but helpers do receive a free meal and/or other perks).
A senior (70+) waiver for this fee is available upon checkout for any primary member prepared to verify date of birth.
All new club memberships include a one-time, $300 membership initiation fee. New court/grounds access memberships include a $100 fee.
Beginning April 1, 2024, all renewing memberships will automatically include a $50 late fee.

Memberships renewals are structured as follows:
Full Club Single—one member in household = $650
2024 dues = $500 + $50 late fee (as of April 1)
Maintenance fee = $100
Full Club Double—two members (age +3 as of April 1) in household = $850
2024 dues = $700 + $50 late fee (as of April 1)
Maintenance fee = $100
Full Club Family—three or more members (age +3 as of April 1) in household = $950
2024 dues = $800 + $50 late fee (as of April 1)

* Courts memberships are intended for those seeking to play tennis or pickleball on courts 1 & 2 only. These memberships do NOT include pool deck amenities access. They DO include access to 6+ acres of sports and nature areas and the same discounts to most events as a full club membership.

+ Maintenance fee is waived for senior (70+) memberships (ask board or review your recent club emails for discount code.).

Renewals start in January of each succeeding year. Dues are considered late after March 31 and subject to a $50 fee.
