The Haunted Trail of Northcrest was a concept born of pandemic boredom. Parents blazed a trail for nature walks and once Halloween rolled around, a rudimentary experience was created to help entertain entertainment-deprived littles in the neighborhood.

Today it is a full-blown Halloween experience put on by volunteers as a fund raiser for Northcrest Club. For only $10 ($15 for non-members), enjoy the thrills and chills of a transformed Northcrest Preserve fall landscape. Stick around after to warm up by the fire with hot cocoa and s’mores.

Stick around to enjoy the fall evening. Northcrest Club will also have hot dogs, chili, snacks and beverages of sale for very reasonable prices.

Parents of littles are invited to come at 6 p.m. to experience an age-appropriate haunt in daylight. Older kids and adults may enjoy the full night fright experience after dark.
