CLUB MEMBERSHIP TYPES:

Club memberships are available in three household varieties: Single, Double and Family—corresponding with the total number of eligible members living in a household (1, 2, or 3 or more respectively).

Memberships are accepted from residents in both Northcrest and all surrounding areas.

PARTY RENTALS:

As a private club, Northcrest Club does offer facility and swim party rental options to members! Sorry, the club is not available to non-members for day passes or event rentals.

MEMBERSHIP PRICING DETAIL:

Single—one member in household = $950
2025 dues = $500
Maintenance fee = $150
One-time membership fee = $300

Double—two members = $1,150
2025 dues = $700
Maintenance fee = $150
One-time membership fee = $300

Family—three or more members = $1,250
2025 dues = $800
Maintenance fee = $150
One-time membership fee = $300

Children 3 or older as of April 1st count towards a household membership.

A maintenance fee of $150 will be applied to all memberships. This fee is refundable upon request after four hours (total) of volunteer service.

A senior (70+) waiver for this fee is available upon checkout for any primary member prepared to verify date of birth.

All new club memberships include a one-time, $300 membership initiation fee. New court/grounds access memberships include a $150 fee.

* COURTS & SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Courts & Social memberships include access to 7+ acres of sports and nature areas and the same discounts to most events as a full club membership. This membership is intended for those seeking to play tennis or pickleball on courts 1 & 2 and does NOT include pool deck amenities access.
