- Foie gras
- Quiche lorraine ( I learned this summer in Lorraine)
- Salade Nicoise
- Salade de beterave with goat cheese( beet salad)
- Grilled flank steak with green peppercorn - cognac sauce
- Grilled chicken .... same sauce as steak
- Salmon rillettes
- Caviar canapés
- Mushroom with cream sauce.
- Fries with 4 different mayo
- Ratatouille with rice or couscous
RSVP required for this event, either in purchasing your tickets in advance (link below) or email/telephone. RSVP will close at midnight on Thursday night. No walk-ups.
